These terms set the conditions for using Architects Map (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service is a website that introduces buildings, shows them on a map, and offers clues for visiting or staying. Information is for reference only. Opening status, fees, and hours can change. Check official sources before you go.
External links
The Service may link to official sites and similar pages. It does not currently show affiliate links. Contracts, payments, and cancellations on third-party services are between you and that service. We are not a party to them.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access or overload the Service, copy or redistribute content at scale without permission, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property and photo credits
Rights in the text, structure, and software of the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Building photos may carry Wikimedia Commons or other licences—follow those terms. Map coordinates may be approximate.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may change, suspend, or end these terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of our place of business have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
